Abstract:
»Zu Recht betonen Stefanie Schüler-Springorum und Elizabeth Harvey in ihrem Kommentar zu diesem Panel, dass eine geschlechtsspezifsche Perspektive auf sexuelle Gewalt in den Konzentrationslagern neue Möglichkeiten des Vergleichs öffnet. Bei aller Besonderheit des Holocaust lassen sich Muster geschlechtsspezifscher und rassizierter Gewalt auch in vielen anderen Zwangssituationen in Vergangenheit und Gegenwart beobachten. Bis heute sei das Reden über sexuelle Gewalt ein Tabu, was deutlich anzeige, dass die Vergangenheit noch immer nicht vergangen ist.«
